There are a variety of ways to support Beyond the Stars campaign. All gifts are appreciated and welcome.

NCHS Planetarium Fund is housed at the New Canaan Community Foundation. The Foundation can accept gifts of check, credit card payments, appreciated stock, wire transfers or other assets.

New Canaan Community Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. The tax ID number is 06-0970466.

  • Gifts can be made by check.

    Checks can be made out to the New Canaan Community Foundation. Please put “NCHS Planetarium” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to the following address:

  • For your convenience, your gift can be made online through a secure online banking portal. The online payment system accepts credit and debit cards. The Foundation will not charge any administrative fee, and donors have the option to cover credit card processing fees.

  • Many companies offer matching gift programs. We encourage you to check with your employer to find out if they have a program which will match your donation. A corporate match can double, or even triple, the impact of your gift, and the donor is recognized for the entire amount.

    Please follow the direction from your employer and let the Foundation know that it is incoming.
